Roy Aboku is the Founder and Executive Director of Epsilon Collective Limited, a multidisciplinary EPC and consulting company delivering engineering, energy, and infrastructure solutions across Africa and selected international markets. A commercially astute entrepreneur with nearly two decades of cross-border experience, Roy is known for building strategic partnerships, unlocking investment opportunities, and leading high-impact projects across emerging and frontier economies. His career spans operations in Ghana, Liberia, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Namibia, and the UK, with broader engagements across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Roy combines strong project and business development expertise with deep knowledge of regulatory environments, stakeholder relations, and local content policy—helping clients navigate complex markets with clarity and confidence. Before founding Epsilon Collective, Roy held senior roles at British Council, Menergy International, and Oliver Kinross UK. He has advised and partnered with organizations in the energy, logistics, petroleum, investment, and infrastructure sectors—providing hands-on leadership in venture development, capital mobilization, compliance, and execution. He holds a Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Management (Distinction) from the University of Plymouth, a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghana, and participated in several relevant workshops, seminars and conferences both locally and internationally. With over a decade of multidisciplinary experience spanning legal practice, cybersecurity, and technology governance, Patrick’s expertise complements the forward-looking, innovation-driven vision of Executive Director. As Epsilon Collective expands its footprint across Africa and engages with global partners in energy, infrastructure, and technology-driven sectors, Patrick ensures that all operations and partnerships are grounded in strong legal foundations and robust risk management frameworks. His unique background allows him to advise on a wide range of issues—from high-stakes commercial litigation and contract negotiation to digital compliance and cross-border regulatory alignment. Patrick’s legal practice has included representation in complex corporate disputes, as well as advisory roles in corporate structuring, project risk mitigation, and statutory compliance. At Wintis Consult, he led consulting engagements on cybersecurity and data protection for financial institutions navigating the evolving regulatory landscapes of West Africa. His tenure at Qualtek Ltd further sharpened his strategic oversight of IT governance and information security in the context of business transformation. He holds an LL.M. in Information Technology Law, a Barrister-at-Law qualification (BL), and degrees in Law, Supply Chain Management, and Information Technology. This rare blend of disciplines enables him to support Epsilon’s multidisciplinary project teams with agile, integrated legal strategies—especially in areas where law and technology converge. Kwame Oppong is the Finance and Investment Advisor at Epsilon Collective Limited, where he provides strategic financial leadership in support of the company’s ambitious growth agenda across Africa’s energy and infrastructure sectors. With over 15 years of experience in financial operations, capital structuring, and portfolio management, Kwame plays a key role in driving sound investment decisions, strengthening financial governance, and enhancing stakeholder value. Working closely with Executive Director Roy Aboku, Kwame brings financial insight to Epsilon’s entrepreneurial and cross-border strategy—ensuring that capital is efficiently mobilized and deployed to support high-impact, sustainable projects across the region. His career spans multiple sectors and markets, having held senior financial roles in upstream oil and gas logistics, mining services, real estate, and private equity. As former Group Finance Manager of a pioneering oil and gas logistics company, Kwame led initiatives to improve cash flow, boost profitability, and strengthen regulatory compliance—while securing institutional financing to support expansion. Kwame has also served as Project Controller on landmark commercial developments across Ghana and Nigeria under UK-based private equity firm Actis, overseeing financial due diligence, feasibility, and capital management on projects valued over $250 million. In the mining services sector, he led capital-raising efforts that expanded company assets to over $25 million and instituted robust internal controls that delivered measurable savings.

Ishmael Amegah is a highly accomplished business leader, strategic advisor, and organizational development expert with over a decade of experience driving high-impact growth initiatives across the public and private sectors. As Director of Business Development at Epsilon Collective, Ishmael plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global expansion strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities across Africa and beyond. His career spans several international institutions and development agencies, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Barclays Bank, PFL International, and the Petroleum Commission of Ghana. He has also served as a Project Consultant to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and the Clean Air Task Force (CATF), where he led multi-sectoral projects aimed at enhancing institutional capacity, regulatory frameworks, and sustainable energy practices. Ishmael’s expertise lies in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Business Sustainability, and Performance and Productivity Coaching. Peter Atindana is a Chartered Accountant and experienced Finance and Business Development Analyst at Epsilon Collective Limited, with over a decade of cross-sectoral expertise spanning Ghana, Nigeria, Sweden, and other parts of West Africa. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance. His professional background includes consulting for organizations across diverse sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, education, financial services, FMCGs, agribusiness, and the petroleum downstream industry. Peter’s core competencies lie in taxation, auditing, IFRS compliance, financial planning, accounting, and financial engineering. He is also an accomplished researcher and educator, with several academic publications on topics such as tax education, tax planning, and financial inclusion. Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Peter is deeply committed to professional development and capacity building. He dedicates his weekends and spare time to mentoring and preparing ACCA and ICAG candidates for their professional examinations, reinforcing his passion for knowledge sharing and talent development. Calvin Yarney serves as the Projects Manager at Epsilon Collective Limited, where he leads the end-to-end coordination and execution of engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects. With a strong technical foundation and a deep commitment to quality, cost-efficiency, and safety, Calvin plays a vital role in translating Epsilon’s ambitious project pipeline into tangible, timely, and high-impact outcomes. Working in close alignment with the Executive Director’s global vision, Calvin brings practical leadership to Epsilon’s multidisciplinary operations—managing project lifecycles from concept development and design review through procurement, implementation, and commissioning. His ability to deliver technically sound and commercially viable solutions positions Epsilon to meet international standards while adapting effectively to local market needs across Africa. With a professional journey that began at the grassroots level, Calvin has risen through the ranks—starting as a Site Supervisor and progressing through roles as Site Engineer, Projects Supervisor, and Project Manager. Over the years, he has successfully delivered critical infrastructure and energy projects for key national institutions such as the Volta River Authority (VRA), GRIDCo, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), and the Ministry of Energy. He has also overseen large-scale industrial installations for major private sector clients including AKSA Energy, Cenpower, and BOST. Calvin’s academic and professional credentials reinforce his value as a project leader in complex environments. He holds an MSc in Project Management (Engineering) from Coventry University, an HND in Civil Engineering, a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment, and the internationally recognised IOSH Managing Safely Certificate. Solomon Ndego is a seasoned Health and Safety professional with a strong background in environmental governance and occupational risk management. He currently serves as the Health and Safety Advisor at Epsilon Collective Limited, where he leads the implementation of safety management systems that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. With a proven track record in developing and enforcing effective safety protocols, Solomon has successfully driven a 30% reduction in workplace incidents since joining Epsilon in 2023.
